Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children.
Use within the expiry date located on the base of the carton.

Ingredients

Powdered kelp (Macrocystis pyrifera). Also contains microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised potato starch, maize starch, soya polysaccharide and hydrogenated cottonseed oil. Each 250mg tablet provides 50μg of iodine.

Directions for Use

Adults: 1 tablet 2 – 3 times daily before food. Do not take before retiring to bed.
Children: This product is not recommended for children.

Warning:
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose. Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
