Concentrated solution of Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride hexahydrate (water, magnesium chloride hexahydrate – 28% concentration), grape seed oil, emulsifier: polysorbate 20, essential oils: bergamot oil FCF, chamomile roman, clary sage.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Directions for Use

Spray on the body and massage well into the skin. Ideal after showering and before sleep.

Apply anywhere on the body, avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.

For best results, apply to clean skin. Reapply whenever needed.

For night-time cramping or Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS):

Apply directly to problem area (often the calf or the feet) and massage in well.

Suitable from 12 years of age.

For children under 12 we recommend BetterYou Magnesium Oil Original spray which does not contain essential oils. We also recommend Magnesium Oil Original spray for use during pregnancy and nursing.
