Terranova Pro-Peptase IRC Complex provides Protease/Peptidase Complex 20,000 units (A. oryzae, A. melleus) 33mg, a potent protein-digesting enzyme. Enhanced by a fresh freeze-dried phytonutrient-rich base (MAGNIFOOD COMPLEX) – including hops and bacopa – designed to increase the bioavailability – use and function of Pro-Peptase. Pro-Peptase greatly increases protein digestion when taken with food therefore liberating more amino acids for muscle repair and recovery.

We recommend taking 1-2 capsules with any post-workout protein drink. When taken on an empty stomach, protease enzymes can enter the blood stream and assist in the digestion of protein containing masses such as scar tissue.
