Cratloe hills cheese

Sean and Deirdre Fitzgerald milk 120 ewes on their farm in Cratloe Co. Clare. They have been making sheep’s cheese since 1988 and have won numerous awards.
Jim Cronin’s organic vegetables

Grown in east Clare, Jim’s organic vegetables are a delight to the senses. They are delivered to us, freshly picked, twice a week and believe it or not, customers queue up for them!
Sean’s bakery

Situated in Limerick, Sean’s Bakery supply us with wholemeal wheat and spelt bread as well as their popular spelt cookies.
